Monday final makes nice Money - even with VIX over 25 - 6th Dec 2021

Mark Sear • Dec 07, 2021

Well today the VIX remained over 25 for the whole of the day and at the start of the session is was close to 30.  That means one thing - enhanced volatility and of course more risk.

We play it safe as that's the way we roll.  Taking extreme risks simply does not work, so we wait for the right opportunity to trade and we get it right.  4 trades, 4 winners.

But to be honest we don't maximise our profits as you will see in the video.  We get spooked by the volatility and run our stop too close on one occasion and on three others we take a smaller BUT MORE CERTAIN profit.  That's the best way to trade.  Nobody goes broke hitting "bank" regularly and avoiding losses.   Enjoy.
