A little bit of trading love on Valentines day

Valentines Day Trading - choppy market but nice profits

Welcome to our Valentine's Day summary. and really, what a day it was a lot of love out there for trading of course, but today's market wasn't something to love. the first 30 minutes was, as usual, a little bit of a killing zone for us. although today we made close to $2,000 on the minutes and $200 on the micros. why? Well, it was rather choppy.   Not many great trades about after the initial 30 minutes.  A bit of a cliff drop just after lunch and then a staggered recovery.

That's the truth of the markets at the moment - they are a bit all over the place.

So many things happening to spook the markets either way - Ukraine, inflation and Corona still in the background.
The market bounced around like a balloon in a strong wind. but luckily we were able to take two or three simple trades, no losses. And we ended the day nicely in profit again.

And now, time for a nice meal and a bottle of wine with the person I love most in the world. I'm eating alone.
